01. Is my deposit refundable?
02. When do I have to pay the final balance for my party?
It will be charged to the card given on file at the time of checkin for incidentals. However we encourage you to stop by the front desk to check out and get your receipt or simply email us at: dublin-oh@apexjumps.com
03. Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
No outside food or drinks is allowed. You can bring in cake or dessert only.
04. Are supplies for the party room provided?
We will provide all supplies needed for the party, besides the dessert! Supplies include plates, napkins, cups, utensils, cake knives, and lighters. We do not supply candles or decorations, however our party rooms display vibrant colors!
05. Can we add additional jump time for the party?
Yes, you can add additional jump time for your party. We offer additional 30 minutes for $5 per jumper and an additional 60 minutes for $10 per jumper.
06. Can I bring my own goodie bags?
Yes, you can bring in your own goodie bags but for ease and convenience we provide goodie bags for you. You can choose from our T-shirts, Glow Shirts, water bottles or glow cups.
07. Is every guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?
All jumpers are required to have a liability waiver filled out. Spectators that are not participating will also be required to have a completed liability waiver.
08. Can I order extra pizza or other food once I arrive?
09. Are party guests allowed to jump again after we finish our time in the party room?
10. Can our party guests play dodgeball?
Dodgeball is included access with every jumper’s wristband! We offer to host private dodgeball games with the epic and mega vip party packages only
11. Do we have access to our private party room during our jump time?
Unfortunately due to scheduling issues and to ensure everyone gets time to jump and use our party rooms, your room time will be scheduled for the time after your jump time only. All party room times are subsequent to your scheduled jump time. We are unable to extend room time due to high demand for party packages. Please ask our event team for more details.
12. Are Apex Socks included in the price of the party package?
Yes, Apex Socks are included with our price for the party packages.
13. Will we be able to open presents in the party room?
Our priority is making sure the pizza, soda, and dessert is served during your party room time. Most parties prefer to take their gifts home to open, but if opening the gifts during your room time is a priority, please communicate this with the Event Team at the park. If there is time available we will accommodate your request.
14. I have Guests of varying age/size ranges. Will they all be able to jump together?
For the safety of all jumpers, age/size separation will be strictly enforced on our Freestyle Court and Dodgeball Courts. Restrictions and policies vary by attraction.
15. Is it customary to leave a tip for our party host?
16. Can I bring my own decor?
Yes, as long as it can be set up and cleaned up within 10 minutes. If you want anything to hang on the walls, we require you to use scotch tape (that does not peel off paint) or wall putty to hang stuff up (no scotch tape or tacks allowed). We do not allow confetti, glitter, or piñatas.
