Had our daughter’s 10th Birthday party here. Such a great experience! It was easy to monitor the party guests while they were jumping, plus there were lots of staff on hand to monitor for safety. The place was very clean. The staff was very friendly and the party room was spacious and also had a sink which was handy for cleanup. There was also a party host, Griffin, that did a great job with helping serve & interacted with the girls. I can’t say enough about what a great location this is to have a kids birthday party. 01. What are your hours?
We update our hours regularly please check out our page here for more details. Please note we are open for extended hours on school holidays and weekends.
02. Are there any age restrictions?
All ages young and old are welcome to our parks. If the child can run or walk they can participate at any of our locations.
03. Do I need to book a ticket in advance?
While walk-ins are always welcome, we highly recommend booking your tickets online to secure your spot, especially on weekends and during holidays! It’s the best way to guarantee your jump time.
04. Do I need to purchase tickets for infants?
If the child is participating and going on the trampolines they do need to purchase a ticket. For the safety of our guests and their children we ask all participants to watch our safety videos. Please do not jump with your child in your hand or crawling on the trampoline next to you. Your safety is our top priority.
05. Are socks required to Jump?
Yes for safety and cleanliness you should always wear our branded socks when participating at our locations.
06. Can I reuse my socks?
Absolutely you can reuse your socks as you get to keep them upon purchase.
07. Can I leave a child unattended at the park?
Children under the age of 13 cannot be left unattended at the park.
08. Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes, all jumpers must have a signed waiver before they can play. For anyone under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver. You can save time by filling it out online before you arrive.
09. Is outside food allowed?
No we do not allow outside food. However you can bring in cake or dessert if you have a party booked with us.
10. Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes, we have a café that makes fresh food and serves drinks.
11. What if my child has allergies and cannot eat your food?
Unfortunately outside food is not allowed but we do cater to special requests and needs if informed in advance.
12. Do parents or adults accompanying the child need to purchase tickets?
It is not mandatory for parents to participate or purchase tickets. Everybody however needs a waiver to be filled out and to secure an observer wristbands if you are not participating with the child.
13. Do we need to buy a ticket for my child’s aide that comes in?
If the aide plans to only watch the child and ensure he is engaging in safe play you need not purchase tickets. The aide will be allowed to do so with an Observer wristband. However if the aide plans to engage in play at the park and jump with the child they will need to purchase tickets for themselves.
14. What should I wear?
For your safety and comfort, please wear comfortable, athletic clothing. We require all jumpers to wear special jump socks, which have grips on the bottom to prevent slipping. You can purchase these at our front desk.
15. Are there any age or height restrictions?
All ages are welcome at Apex Jumps! However, for everyone’s safety, we have dedicated areas and rules for younger children. Please check our park rules when you arrive, or ask a team member for details.
16. Is it safe to jump with others?
Yes, but to prevent injuries, always jump within your own ability and be aware of those around you. We have court monitors on duty to help ensure everyone follows the rules and has a safe, fun time.
